Yoga for Mood Management

3 class series MAY 2020


Friday 5/15, 5/22 & 5/29


This is an ONLINE class through ZOOM.

We will be learning and practicing breathing, easy postures, guided meditations and other yogis tools for managing mood, all while in a supportive environment. All abilities are welcome.

Cost for 3 week series is $50. Participants will immediately be learning short (a few minutes) and totally do-able practices for calming and soothing, as well as energizing and uplifting. .

Expressive Arts Workshops

Monthly beginning June 2019

These workshops invite you into artmaking, music, dancing, movement, writing, and other expressive practices to both cultivate your existing strengths and to help you step outside of your comfort zone. Explore how the practices of expressive arts can best support your healing and recovery journey.

All necessary supplies will be supplied but feel free to bring your favorites if you have them. NO artistic or creative ability is needed! Just bring willingness to explore.

The book Process Not Perfection by Dr. Jamie Marich will be the guide for this class. Here is a link to kindle version of the book.

The hardcopy is being released April 15th.

Setting Intentions for a Happier New Year

This series of 3 workshop focuses on creating a more mindful and less stressful holiday season so we can head into the new year thriving, not merely surviving.

We will be spending time each workshop practicing mindfulness in a variety of ways, discussing how to apply the attitudes of mindfulness to our lives, and idenitfying practical ways we can live more intentionally, rather than reactively, in order to have less stress, more joy and better relationships through the holidays and continuing into the new year by setting clear intentions for how and who we want to BE in 2018.

Each workshop can be taken alone but of course, they go really great together and pricing is designed to encourage your participation in all 3.

Mindful Movement & Music

In this 6 week series, we will be exploring the practice of Mindfulness through our breathe, gentle movement and music. This class is a fusion of the practice of mindfulness with music, dance, yoga and positive psychology. The classes are designed specifically to relieve stress and boost mood. You will leave class feeling more grounded, present and joyful! No yoga, meditation or dance experience or ability required. Some simple choreography offered with lots of room for self-expression. This class is accessible to everyBODY!
